Bought engagement ring online...a bit scary with such a large purchase. Dino's communication was excellent, kept me informed along the way re: progress of making the ring. All paperwork in order, GIA certification, appraisal report etc. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire transaction process (I live in fla, and they are in CA)....would buy from then again.

Incredible. I looked for a long time online and didn't find anything unique until I stumbled on Diamond Mansion. I went in one day and met with Dino and was blown away by the selection of diamonds as well as options for customization. Since I wanted a marquis shape, I was used to being disappointed as I had already gone to a few different jewelers, but I was WOWed by what they had. After my lengthy decision making process, Dino helped me with the custom order and got to work. The price was very fair, and they communicated the entire way up to point of delivery. I got a very sleek box that fit right in my jacket pocket, too!

Most importantly, though, my girlfriend - now fiancé - absolutely LOVES it. She couldn't be happier and neither could I!

My grandmother had given her ring to me when I first was married at 18. I always wanted to update the ring so that I would be able to pass it along to my daughter when it was her time to celebrate blissful love. Yeah.. Even though a half carat cushion cut diamond.. this was it.. I had to have to.. Called to see if it was still available and YES ..GOALLLLLL!!!! We ordered a custom, 5-carat, u-prong eternity band. The ring is spectacular. The communication with Dino was perfect. And when we needed a slight adjustment in size, the customer support was spot-on.

Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. My family and I have bought a lot of jewerly throughout the years - retail and wholesale.  We've obviously encountered our share of good and bad experiences.  The experience with Omid and his team was truly one of the best. They went out of their way to find the perfect stone and were very patient as I went back and forth on shape.  After finalizing what I wanted, they worked immediately to check inventory and presented several options - giving their honest and true opinion each and everytime.  They never pushed us to buy or settle - and in the end gave us an amazing deal!  Now only was the price better than competitors - the quality of the work in the finished product is amazing! My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. I wanted to upgrade the setting for my wife's engagement ring. I did a google search and diamond mansion came up as the best reviewed and recommended. I just am seriously so happy I found this place. I was very nervous to take my wife's stone and leave it somewhere and not only did they make me super comfortable, but they gave the best service overall. They designed the setting in 3D and made it exactly to my instruction. The pricing was also way less than the original setting I got, but I got more diamonds and the color was very good as well.

We got my wedding band later after emailing with Dino and he found a band that matched my ring and uploaded a video of what it would look like so we could see it before paired with my style of ring.
